Speaker Bio: Kathy has more than 15 years of specific recognition experience, including her current role of Managing Director at O.C. Tanner. She was in one of the first graduating classes of Recognition Professionals International to earn the Certified Recognition Professional designation. Her background consists of strategic solution support and consultative solution design. Prior to joining O.C. Tanner, she held business development and account management roles at international organizations and developed incentive and recognition solutions for several Fortune 500 companies. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri—Columbia.
